This package is ideal for expecting parents and babies who are under 8 weeks.

I teach you all the do’s and don’ts to set your family up for success in order to have a baby who sleeps through the night at a young age (without having them CIO).

Families who choose this package have babies who are sleeping 12 hours at night between 3-5 months. With this package, you will do very little if any official sleep training beyond this.

  • 1.5–2 hour nap implementing session in your home

  • Plan of Action for the first 12 weeks
  • Email/texting support for up to 12 weeks if needed
  • 30 minute phone call once a week for 12 weeks
