This package is ideal for families who want some extra guidance, support, and encouragement (and some guaranteed sleep till midnight for them!) during the first night.

Package Includes:

• A 1.5 hour in-home consultation to assess your specific family needs
• Customized written sleep plan
• Email support for 2 weeks
• Two 30 minute phone calls (must be used during two weeks of support)
• Go Gold and get a half a night sleep implementing support. I will show up before bedtime and assist with implementing new bedtime strategy, answering last questions after baby is asleep, and preparing you for the night ahead. You will then head off to bed while I stay awake and watch baby on monitor and implement the new sleep strategy (including feeding baby if needed) if and when needed until midnight. I will quietly let myself out and leave you with the monitor for the remainder of the night. Length of stay will be 5-6 hours from time of arrival till I leave.
