This package is ideal for expecting parents and babies who are under 8 weeks.
I teach you all the do’s and don’ts to set your family up for success in order to have a baby who sleeps through the night at a young age (without having them CIO).
Families who choose this package have babies who are sleeping 12 hours at night between 3-5 months. With this package, you will do very little if any official sleep training beyond this.
- 1.5–2 hour nap implementing session in your home

- Plan of Action for the first 12 weeks
- Email support for up to 12 weeks if needed
- 30 minute phone call once a week for 12 weeks
Some key components we cover during this session: I will show you how to get your baby to sleep (and back to sleep if they wake 30 minutes later!), we will discuss how to most effectively monitor and maximize your baby’s milk intake during daytime hours (and how to evaluate through breast and/or bottle) in order to optimize longer stretches of nighttime sleep, how to determine whether your baby is hungry, tired or something else, and other key factors in creating good eating and sleeping habits during these early months

*Babies over 14 weeks do not come with a nap implementing session included during the consult*
